I’ve always been creative and driven. I’ve always had the ability to turn things upside down and see another way when something felt stuck. That has been my strength — both as a cinematographer and director, and as co-founder and Creative Director of The Kompany Entertainment, a Los Angeles–based production company, where I worked with global brands such as Sony, Warner, Ford, Audi, and Maersk — as well as artists including Eminem, Chris Brown, and Ewan McGregor. But over the years, one thing became clear to me: Ideas are cheap. It’s the system behind them that creates results. Whether we’re talking about film, businesses, or people, vision alone does not determine the outcome. The structure around it does. That was when my focus began to shift — from building productions to building people. I became deeply interested in how creativity and drive can be translated into sustainable momentum. How you can think freely, see new possibilities — and at the same time build something that lasts. This led me to become an ICF-certified coach and develop the systems that today form the foundation of Tailight. Today, I operate in the space between creativity and discipline. I help ambitious individuals think differently — and act consistently. I work with concrete systems that move you into action — even on the days you don’t feel like it. Alongside my work, I’m developing an initiative for young people, because I know firsthand how much the right direction and the right structure can change a life early on. Because in the end, growth isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to who you were before you learned to limit yourself. Motivation starts. Structure continues.
